Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the Unites States at this time. Please make sure your address entered is your current and correct shipping address. In the event your order order is returned due to an incorrect address we can reship your order however we will have to charge shipping a second time for a new shipping label.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping on orders over $100.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on all items EXCEPT Vintage/Thrifted items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at acewesternboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
